Wow, time flies! Mommy cannot believe you are already 4 months old, slow down sweet girl your growing way too fast.
Dad and I took you to get your picture taken yesterday, it was so much fun! You were all dressed up in your summer dress and big yellow bow, you are so beautiful. Lately when people come up and try to coo and talk to you you look at mommy, frown and begin to wail. I am trying to get a picture of the frown you make, it is so pathetic but oh so cute! Mommy calls this your 'stranger danger' face. You did this 2 times at the mall before your photos and I was so nervous that you would do it to the photographer. It just so happened that our photographer was male so instead you just smiled and flirted the whole time. Your such a character! We were only going to pick up the free picture package but after mommy saw all of the cuteness she could not resist picking up more pictures. Daddy agreed ( it helped that it was mommy's birthday too:).
You are doing so many amazing things now. You can roll from your tummy to your back though you prefer tummy time to laying on your back. You have found your hands and are constantly eating them. You get frustrated that they will not fit all the way into your mouth. You love to grab your toys and pull them to your mouth. You giggle a lot and love to talk and babble to mommy and daddy. You love staring at your sister and think she is so funny, she however is very nervous around you but she loves you. When you wake up at night or fuss during the day she comes to find you to see if your okay, it is so sweet. You also love taking walks in your stroller (as long as you sitting in it like a big girl) and lately you have become so much more tolerant in the car (please don't let mommy jinx that!). You love to go shopping and out to lunch with mommy and her friends so you can watch all of the people and listen to the different noises. You love to hang out in your sling and when you are tired you will rest your head on mommy's chest and fall asleep, mommy loves that. You love your jumparoo and your excersaucer but your favorite toy is your caterpillar. You started sleeping in your crib July 5, it was so hard for mommy to move you to your own room but your sleeping better and eventually mommy will too. You sleep from 8:30 to between 4:30-5:30. Once you nurse you are back down until around 7:30. Usually mommy will get you and bring you to bed with her, you eat and will sometimes go back to sleep until 9:30, such a good sleeper! You are very happy when you wake up too.
Mommy could go on and on about all of the wonderful things you do. There is not a day that goes by that I am not mesmerized by you. You are the most amazing thing I have ever laid eyes on and your daddy and I love you more than words can say.
